About Me
I have been an artist most of my life. I've taken an Education Degree, in Visual Arts at UBC, and several courses with the Federation of Canadian Artists.
I was an Art specialist teacher for students in both Elementary and Secondary Schools. I also taught classroom teachers during Professional Development and Art for adults in recreation centres.
I enjoy painting in my studio as well as outdoors. The beauty and variation in nature, created by God, inspires my desire to create in paint!

I have enjoyed painting for 15 years with the Artists of Bernie's Barn in Langley. We have shown our work at community galleries, sports and civic centers. I have shown paintings at the Java Express in White Rock (5 years), at Beecher St Cafe (4 years) and with the South Surrey Art Society in various locations. I have been a part of the Peninsula Art Studio Tour for 3 years.
